Venue

The 9th IWAF will be held at the Department of Earth Sciences (Departamento de Ciencias de la Tierra, Edificio de Geológicas), which is located on the main campus (Campus Plaza San Francisco) of the University of Zaragoza. It is ideally located in the center of Zaragoza, at a walking distance from the main historical buildings and shopping areas, and well connected (by tram and bus) with the center and with the coach-train station (Delicias Station).

The strategic location of Zaragoza in northeast Spain, in the centre of the Madrid-Barcelona and Bilbao-Valencia axes, makes it an ideal place for conferences.
